How are the jitterbug phone reviews?

I am 68 yrs old US citizen and I do not want a dashing and multi featured phone and heard about Jitterbug which is the first mobile virtual-network operator primarily for senior citizens. It currently offers only one phone and its buttons are big, the keypad is roomy, and the display is easy to read. But want to buy it after reading jitterbug phone reviews in detail. If someone has any experience with this please tell me also. Thanks in advance.

The good: The Jitterbug Dial is very user friendly, with a large, bright screen and touch pad, and many of the same characteristics as a landline cordless phone. You can have pre-installed with telephone contacts, and if you wish, you can use the operator to make a call. The phone also has a speaker.
The bad: The Jitterbug Dial is a bit bulky. The volume control is in an awkward position.Voice dialing sometimes takes a few tries before it works.
The bottom line: The Jitterbug Dial is the perfect phone for the elderly or those with vision problems.
One of the highest demographics in the cell phone industry is that of our elders. Most cell phones in the market these days are very small and full of complicated multimedia features, which can be difficult for seniors to use. When asked about the right cell phone for seniors, we usually recommend a phone with large, easy to read buttons, a screen with large letters, and lacks multimedia features to keep things simple. This type of phones can be hard to find, so we're happy to see that a company like GreatCall take the initiative in giving us cell phones like the Jitterbug Dial, which matches the description above. GreatCall is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that works with Sprint, and specializes in mobile and services for baby boomers to stay in touch with their parents. Combined with the GreatCall service, the Jitterbug Dial is perfect for older people with basic telephony capabilities. Now available for $ 147 each.
Far from most thin phones, the Jitterbug Dial is big, measuring 4x2x1 cm and weighing 4.4 ounces, with a rounded body and curved. Designed in white with light touches of beige and gray, the dial is not a spectator by any means. In front of a small 0.8-inch external monochrome display shows time and date and caller ID. Below the screen is the volume control. When the phone is open, it seemed a bit odd to change the volume as we had to reach behind the device to access the volume control. But that's a minor quibble. The phone feels comfortable in the hand, and even more comfortable when held against the ear, thanks to a soft rubber cushion surrounding the speaker. This mattress is built to accommodate hearing aids as well.
