Can anyone share the review for LG VU Plus?

The LG Vu Plus offers superb mobile TV and plenty of other data features, though it's a tough sell against a genuine smart phone. Can someone give a brief review of this cool phone as I’m planning to have it in my pocket within next month. What about its features, price, availability and accessories? Any idea?

The good

The LG Vu Plus has a capacitive touch screen and full QWERTY keyboard.Features include a 3.0 megapixel camera, GPS, stereo Bluetooth, and AT & T Mobile TV.

The bad

The lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack is disappointing, and we wish the keys were not as close. The photo quality can be improved as well.

The bottom line

Despite some problems of design, the LG Vu Phone Plus is a full-featured messaging, with the advantage of live mobile television.

When AT & T Mobile TV launched two years ago, the LG Vu was one of the launch devices for AT & T 's for the mobile TV service alive. The Vu was a beautiful 3 inch screen, and it even has a detachable antenna to further expand its radio and television. However, the design was long in the tooth, and we are glad to see LG and AT & T finally out with his successor, the LG Vu Plus. Moreover Vu offers the AT & T Mobile TV, but it has gone from the antenna, and gets into the sliding QWERTY keyboard. It also features an improved camera and a speed 3G/HSDPA. The LG Vu Plus is available for $ 149.99 with a service contract for two years.

Design

While it looks like its predecessor, Vu Plus is actually quite different. Measuring 4.31 inches long by 2.1 inches wide by 0.6 cm thick, the Plus Vu is a bit longer and thicker than the original, partly due to the sliding QWERTY keyboard. It is also a bit heavier to 3.95 oz. Rather blocks in appearance, but has rounded edges for a more comfortable feeling in hand.
Like the original, Vu Plus has a screen of 3 inches. We are happy to take into account the screen is capacitive, which means that responds quickly to our taps finger. We did the desire of the screen was made of a material more resistant glass instead of plastic, but worked fine for the most part. You can also add sound effects and vibrating or haptic to taps with your finger if you want - you can adjust the duration and intensity of the vibrations as well. The screen looks crisp and colorful, with the support of 262,000 colors and 240x400 pixels resolution. You can adjust the color and font size, the brightness of the screen and the timer light.

Features

The LG Vu Plus has a 1000 phone book entries, each entry space of six numbers, three email addresses, a Messenger ID, a Web address, postal address, date of birth, anniversary date, and a memo. You can also add the entry to a caller group, add a photo caller ID, and customize each one with one of 20 polyphonic ringtones and alert tones.
Other essential features include a vibrate mode, a speakerphone and multimedia text messaging, an alarm clock, a calendar, a notepad, a world clock, a tasks list, a stopwatch, a calculator, a tip calculator and a unit converter. You also get a voice recorder, voice commands, a file manager, instant messaging (AIM, Windows Live, Yahoo), GPS with AT & T Navigator, an HTML browser and stereo Bluetooth with A2DP support. The Vu Plus comes with the AT & T's mobile email application that allows you to access email from a variety of web mail services (Gmail, Hotmail and AOL Mail, just to name a few), and you can enter provider in its own email address, too.
