Magic Jack for cell phones problem

Is anyone having problems with the magic jack for cell phone. I have this audio cut out problems with this jack. I had a chat with their technicians and they gave me different fixes and it still is missing audio. I have tried it on a different computer and it did no good either, a new magic jack and faster connection but no use. I tried disabling my firewall and even turned down the virus security. But this all was waste. What should I would do about it?

Hey I had this same problem before and it was pissing me off. I read some instructions from a website which really helped me out with my problem. I will surely make you aware with that same information hoping that you will overcome your problem. Follow this The key to use Magic jack without any barriers is to research information on it first to decide whether it's right for you and whether it will work for you. It's not really as easy as 1-2-3 nor will it work magically despite its name. You need to exceed its minimum system requirements, have high speed internet service (like cable), and YES, your PC has to be on with your internet connection available for Magic jack to work. But for $20 a year (initially cost is $39.95 for the Magic jack with 1 year phone service), to me, Magic jack is a great product which provides free unlimited long distance across the country and local phone service. However, Magic jack should not be your only phone service because if your electricity or internet connection goes out, Magic jack won't work. At least also have use of a cell phone service. Follow these above instructions to solve your problem and I hope it really helps you.
