Microsoft cell phone?

I don’t need to surf internet or listen music on the mobile phone, I have a lot to do with Microsoft applications. I am looking for a Microsoft cell phone that can enable me to work on Microsoft from anywhere. I have tried to search a lot on the internet, but I have not found any ideal handset with Microsoft. I want to get Verizon cell phone plan, so if the network is coming with such handset, it would be very great information. Please bring those all words related to the Microsoft cell phone. I don’t have limited amount to spend on the cell phone. Thanks.
