Will mini iphone be launched in Brazil?

There are two rumors about the appearance of the hypothetical mini-iPhone.The Wall Street Journal reported that the mini-iPhone will be half the size of the iPhone 4, an edge-to-edge screen and run a budget price tag. The WSJ also reports that the mini-iPhone using what it calls "voice-based navigation" to enter commands -in other words, it will respond to spoken instructions. The current iPhone has a limited voice command functionality, but it pales in comparison to the voice commands available for Google Android devices.

Previously, Bloomberg said the mini-iPhone will be one-third smaller (not half as large) than the current version will, no home button,and an affordable price at all.

It is not even clear whether a mini-iPhone, whether it's a third or half the size of the iPhone 4, the same applications that the iPhone is not running. As for Face Time, who knows? But if I had to guess, I would say that is a smaller, cheaper iPhone is not likely to have a FaceTime camera.

Recent reports point to a start in the summer, possibly June. This rumor is hardly surprising, since Apple usually results in a new iPhone in June during the annual Worldwide Developers Conference.

It is not clear whether the rumors Apple would mini-iPhone in the U.S. and other Western countries to start, or if the phone is designed for other regions of the world. Apple iPhone could be a mini-goal for the consumers in economically less developed countries that can not afford the more expensive iPhone.

Dell has set up something similar in late 2009 with its Mini 3 smartphone in China and Brazil.
