Can I use T mobile my touch 3g with my at&t plan?


Hey friends I am not sure so need your suggestion that can I use a t mobile my touch 3g phone with my at&t plan? I recently bought T Mobile My Touch 3g android phone but I have an AT&T plan and I don’t know will it work with it or not, Is there any way that the phone can be altered to be used with my carrier? Help me friends.

HTC Espresso (represented on the market under the name T Mobile myTouch 3G Slide) HTC’s smartphone operating system running on Android. Submitted by T Mobile USA May 4, 2010. On sale in the United States entered June 2, 2010. Sold only at the operator T Mobile USA. The my touch 3G was released running Android 2.1. In early April of 2011, HTC released the Android OS 2.2.1update file.

This new update will include optimizations and native support for the new Adobe Flash player 10.1. The myTouch 3G Slide features a 3.4 inch, 320×480 pixel HVGA resolution TFT capacitive touch enabled LCD screen. The device has a 5 megapixel low light camera with LED flash; built in GPS with GPS support; Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and AVRCP support; WiFi 802.11 b/g, proximity sensor, 3.5mm standard headphone jack; and a microSD slot, preloaded with a 8GB Micro sdhc card. Input is accomplished using a sliding physical 4 row QWERTY keyboard, or HTC Sense and Swype varieties of virtual on screen keyboards. Powering the device is one standard 1300mAh battery.

AT&T 3G network works on 850/1900 MHz bands .the myTouch 3G is only compatible with the 900/1700/2100 MHz 3G bands which means it will work with T-Mobile's 1700/2100 3G network. and the european 900/2100Mhz 3G network. But not AT&T.
