How to know if someone has a mobile tracker on your phone?


I feel like I have a mobile tracker activated on my phone with my activity getting monitored somewhere through my phone. I want to know if it is possible for someone to track my texts, pictures, videos, sent and received through this tracker. I have Verizon as my service provider. When I searched over the internet I found app like Watchdog and mobile spy which do allow to track each and every movement of yours through your cell phone. Is there any way I can find out if it is there on my phone or not? If yes, than how to get rid of this tracker?

This is a very simple question and it's answer is also very simple. Shut down your mobile phone. If it does not turn off or it stays lit after attempting to turn off,then there is hidden software installed. Observe how often it is that you charge your mobile phone.
