motorola cell phone??

hello! there was this motorola cellphone that i had years ago that i sent to the customer centre and asked me to get it repaired.it had the same problem and even then i had lost all of my contacts till then. anyways, i wont beat around the bush anymore. i think what you are counterfeiting in your Motorola cell phone is a problem of no-backup-return that makes the excel file format corrupted and thus the problem-encounter. i am sorry to say but you would have to check up your computer for viruses. try RESTORING your computer to a comparitively previous system-date. also try updating the software of your old motorola cell phone. if nothing of the above stated works, try visiting the service center and explain the problem. they'll help you out. otherwise, its almost impossible to gain them back if the above dont work.
