Why Motorola e815 won’t Charge?

The charger I got with Motorola e815 was broken so I bought new charger so when I tried charging my Motorola e815 it won’t charge with it. So I checked my charger case and what I see is that it’s not Motorola Certified. When I First plugged it in, A Blue Light Came on next To the Charging port, so I pulled the battery out and reinserted it, The Motorola Screen Finally came up, and Then It Just sat there for about two minutes, and then went to a Screen with A White Bar at the Top, And Finally Turned itself off. What should I do?

There are many things that can cause the charger not to work. First of all check all the wires and check that you are using the charger in a right manner. Or you can go for master reset. Master reset will delete all the data but will also resolve the problem. Remove the cover and battery from the phone .Push in the battery latch and lift the cover off. Replace the battery and the battery cover in approximately one minute. Press the power button to restart the phone. Before restarting ensure your phone is not on airplane mode as you will not be able to make calls or access the Internet. If the problem does not seem to resolve perform a master reset on your phone. For this you will need the enter code. For enter code contact your service provider. If then also your charger does not seems to work then it means you need to replace the charger.
