How can I solve my Motorola Q ERROR?

To solve the Motorola Q phone error kindly connect your mobile phone in your pc and active the sync or used the usb cable or phone never charged. I am not sure what you mean by what type of audio it has I am not sure where to find that. If I open up the file manager then scroll down to Program files and open up the file.

1. open Active sync and cancel wizard

2. click Explore on Active sync

3. Double click on my windows mobile based phone device

4. then select Windows mobile Device again

5. click the fine then click new phone folder

6. use rename the folder or storage

7. or copy the exe file to the Q directly phone

8. Click here mobile application

9. Copy file to the storage folder that was just created or disconnectthe phone or using file manager reboot the phone
