How to get MSN email on iPhone?

Microsoft is now allowing iPhone users to access their msn/hotmail email through exchange. Previously users had to use the web interface to go to msn.com which required an internet connection and was slow too. MSN is still one of the biggest free email providers. Setting up the connection is pretty easy, you just have to setup a Microsoft Exchange account on the iPhone and input the data. The server is “m.msn.com”. Steps

Select the iPhone “Settings”. Once the app starts, scroll down to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”. Select this option.

Then you will see email “Accounts” already set up on your iPhone. Select “Add Account...”

At the “Add Account...” screen, click Microsoft Exchange option.

Here you will see Exchange screen. Fill in the Email and Username with your full email id (e.g., abc@msn.com), your msn password and a description about this account. Leave the Domain blank. Select “Next” in the upper right bar after the final step.

The iOS device will now take sometime and you will be back to the Exchange screen. You need to fill out the “Server” option with “abc@msn.com” and select “Next”.

Now final step is Select if you want to also sync your Contacts with msn. Select “Save” to complete the setup. Some have reported that they get a request to verify the password again. If it happens, re-input the password and it the iOS device will start to sync the email.
