What are the negative points of new HTC Hero update?

I will say you to go with people views as one of my friend bought this phone 1 month agoand in just 1 month he is facing many problems in this phone. There are some main problems in this phone so I am giving a little brief about the disadvantagesof this phone.

This phone Sluggish at times; Flash video is dodgy; no easy way to back upand restore; button and menu overkill. While, texting it takes 2 or 3 times toactually hit successfully the "p" key. The copy message text does notwork.

You should be able to save messages or lock messages to prevent fromaccidental deletion. This is so basic and should be allowed. The anotherproblem in this phone is whenever you will receive a video from another phonethere is a button to download the video, but when you will press it you willget a message that the download was unsuccessful.

Not only this there is many problems in this phone so I think it is better to suggest your father not to waste money on this phone as this is not a worth buying phone.
