Where to get news on cell phone special?


I have been looking for news updates regarding the cell phone buzz all over the spaces and the technological advancements in the different genres of the phones, viz., smartphones, other app enabled phones and cell phones for special. Where can I get all the buzz regarding all this? As an extra I would like to know about the places where I can buy the cell phones as well as their accessories at discounted rates. I need to know all this as earliest as possible. Reply me soon.
