which one is better, nexus one vs iphone 3gs?

I was almost prepared to buy iphone 3gs as it has best user interface design and the amazing applications but now goggle has launched its Google Nexus One which has created flutter among other competitors and also a good phone so I am confused between these two and not sure which one I should buy so provide me comparison of these two like nexus one vs iphone 3gs If someone has any idea or know about it please share ……I would really appreciate
