How to fix card error in palm centro phone?

This would be my first post in any forum. I have a Palm Centero with ATT. A few days back it worked perfectly. The other day I was trying to install a few apps on it hotsync setup. So, I then tried those apps but I did not find them good so I ended up uninstalling them. But later that day the phone started to slow down whiile switching apps. So I removed the battery and then fixed it right in. But after that the phone showed an error called card error. SO I removed the miscro SD card and then it booted perfectly. But then there was no sound. Please help out what should I do about it?

I think this is a very serious problem. This problem willl take more money than a new palm phone. So I would suggest you that you should go for palm pre plus new version. Palm company has made only a handful of subtle changes to the overall hardware design. They have doubled the available RAM and storage memory too. Palm has removed the vestigial center button in the gesture area. At my usage thus far, I have found that simply tapping the center area do not work as reliably as pressing a actual center button. However, the good news is that the slightly more intuitive and very slightly more fun and 'Quick Swipe Up' duplicates that functionality. On the whole I think that removing the center button was the right decision, it gives the Pre Plus a cleaner overall look and a more elegant experience. The Palm Pre Plus has webOS 1.3.5.1, which set the stage for web to support native 3D games, removed the limit for the number of installed apps, and more. The best news is that Palm has announced that webOS 1.4 should arrive in February. Web will bring a slew of long-awaited features to web OS.
