Does palm pixi plus support messenger or Instant messaging?


I am thinking of buying palm pixi plus but before that I want to clear a couple of things. First of all is that what are the apps available for if the instant message is supported for the things like window live messenger and twitter like things. And the second thing is that I have seeing some rumors across the web that palm pixi plus has problems related to charging. Are these rumors true?

The built in text messaging application for the Palm Pre/Pixi include support for Google Talk, AIM, and Yahoo. There is a free Facebook application for the Palm Pre/Pixi which includes Facebook chat. The new webOS update 1.4.5 now includes the video capture application which records video at 320x480 resolution that can be edited and automatically uploaded to YouTube. The webOS platform for Palm Pre and Pixi use open standards. As a result it's easy to create your own applications and learn from a lot of other developers. The Palm Pixi is a great phone, a Pixi Plus is even better. I'm sure you will enjoy it. Wish you good luck.
