Palm Pros:

>>> awesome Multi-tasking. This is a real deal I Would use a lot and it's always very helpful

>>> Flash with camera, more than 3 MP camera
>>> Internet is twice as fast related to different articles practically
>>> Great advantage of No crashing, the phone runs well and does not lag
>>> Insurance of a year offered on phone
>>> Web Operating System, looks great and easy to understand and use
>>> Big Speaker, True Push Email

Palm Cons:

>>> Sprint is not the best here, related to others.
>>> EVDO, disadvantage is you can’t talk on the phone while you are using data.
>>> Video is not as smooth and clear as iPhone according to some reviews
>>> Contract, it has about 2 years contract
>>> It has Smaller Screen, a 3.1” screen makes a difference from a 3.5” screen
>>> Thicker, the phone is thicker than my iPhone which is a big deal
