Where my phone pictures have gone from nokia 6682?

It is really sad to know that the pictures in your phone ( nokia 6682) are not visible to you anymore. I am sure that you may not have taken the back up of these pictures also.There may be several reasons for this problem where only the icons of the pictures are visible to you .

One cause may be that the memory card of your phone may have been infected by virus and the reason for these virus infection may be frequent data transfers from unreliable sources or browsing the internet from phone and visiting malicious websites.

The second reason for this problem may be that your phone may have been corrupted with the wrong data and your phone may have been attacked by the viruses. And it is really hard for me to say to you that now these pictures may not be available to you anymore. The red color exclamation signifies that the extension of these pictures have changed and only the shortcuts of these images are available to you now.If only you have taken the back up of these images they will be available to you else you may have to lose the entire data on your phone.

The solution to this problem is either FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD or RESTORE THE FACTORY SETTINGS OF THE PHONE.This will make your phone as a new phone again. Just take a back up of the contacts and important data present on the phone.
