Pre-paid cell phones for out of local network?

I know Verizon call rates are too high for long distance calling it cost abut 60c per call. Honestly speaking there is no such network provider which can give u the cheap call rates for long distance calling. But still if u want to have other per paid cell phone u can go with AT&T its call rate for long distance calling is less compared to Verizon .It will definitely going to give u true value for money. Even they have special tariff plans for long distance calling by which u can further reduce the call rates as they have a plane for $20 under which u will get 50 free international calling minuets and with that u will get some free text message.But again I suggest that if u are out for a less period of time and not using more minutes on conversation then u can better stick with Verizon by using some of its tariff plans when u have contract deal with this network.
