best prepaid cell phones plan?

The best prepaid plan according to my knowledge is the 1 paisa per second plan offered by Tata DoCoMo. This suits most users because the billing is proportionate to your usage. In case of a per minute billing even if you exceed a minute you will be charged for an additional minute (or 60 seconds), but in a per second billing you pay for the proportionate per second billing.

Assuming you are a person who makes frequent calls of lower or medium duration of less than 2 minutes, this plan suits you. However, if you speak longer durations you can think of choosing other plans where one is charges 20 paise per minute or lesser.

Documents required will include a photo identification and application form.

The taxes would include a service tax plus some cess.
