Problems with touch screen cell phones?

Am from Houston, Texas. I was planning to buy a touch screen phone and for the purpose I thought of discussing it with my college mates but suggestions from my friends really flipped my decision as they feel touch screen phones are really muchvulnerable to problems then their non-touch counterparts and it wouldn't be right idea to buy a touch screen phone. But given the fact that all latest phone models come with touch capablities I am really confused over my decision. Can anyone here make the facts clear to me or provide any helpful suggestions.

Hi, your friends have suggested you absolutely correct that touch screen cell phones are more sensitive as compared to non touch. Generally touch cell phone do not have any problem but having it you have to be very care full all time. If you do not go with its calibration often, its screen will soon go off center. With that you have to be care full while operating that your hands and especially fingers are clean otherwise it will get damaged. You can have you touch screen cell phone long useful life if you treat it properly, you can use the cell phone cover to protect it and I think that they are grate and have no problem. Then still while using a touch screen cell phone you should know some trouble shoot as—How to clean the touch screen, how to remove the bubble under the screen protector with that what are the precaution taken when you open your cell while troubleshooting. I also use touch screen cell phone and I do not face much problem.
