Where can one get some good psp backgrounds and themes?

There are many websites out there that provide psp backgrounds and themes, but finding the right one that suits your taste can be tricky.

Also, there are two types of themes:

PTF themes are basic themes which are installed on the psp by simply copying them into the THEMES folder. They are officially allowed by Sony.

CTF themes are customised themes and can be installed only on modified psps.

Go to google and search for 'free psp themes' and there will be a thousand websites to choose from. Browse through the websites and choose your favorite theme and download it to your computer.

Once you have downloaded your theme, all you have to do is copy you theme file and paste it in the THEMES folder.

For psp backgrounds, you can make any image file a PSP background. Google is the perfect place to search for images. You can set any image as your background but the image should ideally be 480x272 pixels in size. Once you have found the image you want to set as background, follow these steps:

1. Transfer the image in you psp by copying it into the PHOTO folder.
2. Now locate the image in your psp with the photo browser.
3. Press 'X' and open the image in your psp.
4. Now press the upwards triangle button. Now use the left and right arrows to find "Set as Wallpaper".
5. Press 'X'. Confirm the action and voila! You have the wallpaper of your choice!
