The answer from the person normally indicates the usage of a slang. The word scoop here refers that the user has replied to you before and he wants you to find out the answer for your question based on his replies which he has already done to you before or expects you to find out the answer all by yourself based on the authors previous posts.

The meaning of scoop is to find out or to probe into or to discover or to hit out. The person who answered you wants you to probe into or to discover the possibilities of the technical snag you are experiencing or to find out the causes of snag based on the posts and related articles that is available in the forum you have posted . The person hopes that you would be benefited and would be answered by posts in the forum.
