I am looking for a good GSM Quad band unlocked cell phone and my budget is about $120. I have already a plan with At&T and I am adding three new lines to my plan. Therefore I need three new phones. I can get phones from AT&T for under $100 or even for free but that would put me in a 2 year contract and also give me “locked” phones. My family does travel and we would like to swap SIM cards so I prefer an unlocked phone for this reason. If anyone has any suggestion please let me know.
