I have purchased two sets of 2.5 mm of ear pieces for my phone. It is the Verizon Razzle. But both sets have the similar problem i.e. they can’t play music through one ear bud. Is this because they are a defective piece? Or is there some problem with compatibility with the phone? What can I do to make these earpieces work if the sets are not defective? Should I check the port of the Razzle earpiece? What could possibly be wrong with it? Please advice. Thanks.
