I am using the Chase Mobile App for my iPod Touch 4th gen and whenever I take a picture of the check, the top part of the screen is cut off and the picture shrinks. I’m not sure if it’s a bug, but I can’t get check deposited using Quick Deposit. What could be the reason that my quick deposit not fit entire check using Chase Mobile app for my iPod touch 4th gen? I would really appreciate if someone can help me regarding this. Thanks.
