Why I cannot receive messages after downloading new iphone software?

Kindly check the OS you have just uploaded. See if its fully compatible or not. If its not then you must reload it once again. If this doesn't solve the problem then follow these simple steps:

• On the Home Screen, tap on the SMS icon.
• Once the Command Window opens up, tap the pen icon the right hand side of the window and enter the phone number or the name of the SMS recipient.
• Type the message and see it does not go above the limit of 140 characters. (If it crosses the limit, your message won't go).
• If you are sending your message to multiple users and are typing each name manually, then make sure you hit back instead of a space to separate the numbers.
• After this, switch off your mobile and then switch it on. Switch it on till the red slider comes up till the Phone Logo comes up. And that's' it!

By using these easy steps you should be able to send messages. If still you are not able to send messages, then do contact the dealer.
