How to repair LG env 2 phone?

This problem where you cannot the letter " a " from your phone there is only one solution to it which is that you must visit a LG Dealer because the keypad of your phone may be damaged because of any of the unknown reasons like it might have fallen down or water may have gone in to the phone. So i would suggest that as soon as possible visit a proper dealer .

Also if you recently have bought the phone then this issue may be resolved free of cost because the product is in WARRANTY PERIOD now. The company repairs all damages to the phone other than the PHYSICAL DAMAGES free of cost if the phone is in the warranty period.

Let me warn you that you should not open the phone circuitry on your own because the reason is that once the internal circuit of the phone is damaged once it will cost a lot to you to get it repaired. So be wise and take a wise decision.
