How to repair the media player of sgh-a177?

I have one sgh-a177 mobile phone. But its media player is not working properly. The sound quality has become very dull. My sgh-a177 mobile phone is not under warranty so I can't show the problem to the company executives. If I will show to them they will charge a lot of money for this simple problem, so I need your help in finding the solution to this problem.

I think that your mobile needs to synchronize with Windows Media Player. I have faced the similar problem with my Samsung SGH A177 model once. You can attempt this by following steps:

Put in a memory card into your phone.

In Menu mode, choose Settings.

Hit Phone settings.

Then click PC connections.

After that, press the Media player tab.

Click on save button.

Push the Power button / Menu exit button (two times) to go back to the idle screen.

Through an elective PC data cable, connect the multifunction socket on your phone to the computer with the Windows Media Player fixed.

When linked, a pop-up window will come into sight on the computer.

Open the Windows Media Player to synchronize the media files.

Edit or type your phone’s name in the pop-up window (if required).

Choose and pull the media files you want, to the sync list.

Start the synchronization.

I hope this will solve your problem.

Otherwise discuss this with Samsung customer care or with dealer for further help.

Good luck!
