How to reset the sidekick slide phone?

Sidekick Slide is a smart phone available from T-Mobile what I like the most is the small screen that slides up to reveal a keyboard. To reset the sidekick slide phone you must follow the following procedure:-

1. Firstly remove the SIM card and battery from the back of your phone by sliding off the protective cover from there.

2. Then slide your Sidekick phone to its open position. Then you have to press and hold the ‘r’ key on your texting keypad.

3. You must continue holding ‘r’ and re-insert the battery into your Sidekick phone. Wait for the Slide to turn on and off, don’t forget to back on and off again, before releasing the button ‘r’.

4. Then you have to remove the battery once again you have to replace the SIM card into your Slide. Then return the battery to its spot.

5. lastly turn on your Sidekick Slide by pressing the power button. And you will find that all info is on your device has been reset.
