The problems like freezing and call quality can be resolved by simply pulling your battery out or checking the phone connections. Or you can go for master reset. Master reset will delete all the data but will also resolve the problem.

First of all ensure your motorola USB cable is connected to high-power port if the computer does not recognizes it when connected. Remove the cover and battery from the phone .Push in the battery latch and lift the cover off. Replace the battery and the battery cover in approximately one minute. Press the power button to restart the phone. Before restarting ensure your phone is not on airplane mode as you will not be able to make calls or access the Internet.
