Need reviews on at&t mobile service?

at&t cell phone service is Not worst than T-mobile, Verizon, Sprint .it offers Great phone selection, service has greatly improved since the erstwhile cingular wireless. cingular is simply not the best carrier. However, I have been with verizon, when they discontinued a basic plan .they just put me to the next level up without informing me until I got my monthly bill. Verizon stores are similar a flea market. You couldnt transfer the numbers to a chip or purchase a new phone on ebay without involving Verizon. but With Cingular (GSM) I can buy phones, change chips and use the phones easily. Their service has improved very much since I migrated from the original AT&T (hopefully this won't go back now as they are AT&T again). but I was not happy the way they behaved with previous AT&T consumers. T-mobile's customer service is one of the worst that i get to have experienced. I was with them for two years and left. I had so many problems with the cell phone and their headquarters didnt thought that I was important enough. however GSM.I couldnt see myself going back to T-mobile. Every carrier has issues. There is nothing like a BEST carrier.if there were, then there was no need for competing. The only thing that I didn't like was their coverage in north in New England area.close to Canada.there was no coverage their. Other than that, I just took the plan again for two years.so they have me.but it was only my choice.My advice would be, if you're happy with your service provider, then stick with them. You shall only compare at&t to your previous carrier...and complain if it does not meet your expectations. Be your own critic. I'm happy with it.but it does not mean you wouldn't have problems. Same goes with any carrier out there.Best of luck.
