How can I run tweak ui software?


I wanted a tweak ui software for my laptop. so I downloaded it from cnet website. But the problem is that when I am running it, it is not running after third step. It is showing compatible error. I do not know whether it is compatible with windows 7 or not as nothing was written on operating system option. So tell me is it compatible with windows 7 or not. If yes then what is the trick to run tweak ui?
