What to do when your Samsung headphone jack is broken?

The problem I have is I think my Samsung headphone jack is broken. The problem is that when I am not moving the sound is perfect but when I move or the headphone move a little the sound fades out or goes completely out. I take me headphones out while not using them because I didn't want this to happen, but it did anyways. Is there any way to fix this? Or just go buy another one? Please help me out of this issue.

Hello dear friend

I am pretty sure about the problem you are facing right now. Actually the main problem of your headphones can be because of two possibilities:

Possibility 1:

The jack of your headphones is having an internal problem. How to confirm this problem? Follow this procedure:: Just bring any other set of headphones into the same jack you are having problem with. Now just move a little and observe. Do you face the same problem as before? if yes, there is complete surety that the headphones jack is pretty bad. For this you may walk into any repair store an get it fixed.

Now coming onto possibility 2:

Here in this, you need to check your headphones because there might be an internal wiring problem in your headphones. i mean there may be any wire slightly broken or stretched due to which they are giving sound trouble. How to confirm this? Just try your same headphones by inputting them into some another phone or laptop and try them. observe their sound? if it is same as before, i mean giving trouble then you might be able to confirm this that there may be problem in the headphones only and not the jack.

Good-day!
