How can i get my Samsung Propel Pro connect to my school network?

I am 16 year old and I am in school. What I want to ask is that my Samsung propel is not connecting to my school network. About a week ago I was connecting just fine to the school network on my phone. Last week I went out of town with my family and when I came back I could no longer connect to their network. I have noticed that my school upgraded its security and added OpenDNS. It finds the network and i get full bars, but it will not connect, not even for a second. How can i get my Samsung Propel Pro connect to my school network?

Hey please do not worry. I am a computer professional and I will definitely help you in resolving your issue right away. I will guide you through some steps that will surely solve your problem:

The problem you are facing comes due to lack of GPRS service in your phone. GPRS stands for general packet radio service and this service allows your device to access data this service allows you for WI-FI connectivity. The first thing which you need to do is to perform a software reset on your device. And if this software reset do not work then perform the hardware reset on your device. After performing both resets check the wireless antenna for the signal strength. The antenna must show the GPRS signal. Now try to connect your phone to the school network Try sending yourself an email and check whether it works or not? If it doesn’t, call your phone service provider. Sometimes, your service could be delayed due to a billing problem or to downtime on the network. This will surely help you in resolving your issue
