Why samsung sgh-a867 not working with windows 7?

I’m a mobilesoftware analyst in a company and computer professional as well. The problemmay be due to the installed driver and might be, it contained some bugs. To sortout this problem would be the solution. It is the main thing for a device toget synchronized to the system. I think you should try these steps:

Initially, Rightclick on my computer icon and then click on manage. Then click on the Devicemanager option and then in the right hand side window you may find the devicename. Immediately, Right click on it and then click on update driver.

You cancontinue by selecting it and now click on Next option and then got the disk. Findthe way to Samsung's Drivers folder. Right now it is for me like this-C:Program Files (x86)SamsungSamsung PC Studio 3USB Drivers2

Then, choosessm_mdm2.inf

Now, opt forthe device name and then click on Yes
