Why is that from Samsung star touch phone I am not able to connect to the internet?

You must have a PC suite installed on your PC for accessing internet. There are various versions of Samsung PC suite like PC studio 3.0, new PC studio and mini Samsung kies and the latest Samsung kies. Samsung kies works with only Samsung wave. So, you have to select from Samsung new studio and Samsung 3.0. In my opinion, Samsung new studio will work with your phone for acessing internet on PC through mobile using it as modem . you can get PC suite from softpedia.com ,giveawayoftheday.com from where you can get the pc studio . install it on your pc and then there will be option for connection type i.e via cable or bluetooth .as your phone will be finded by the suite it will be shown on the screen.there you can sychronize your contacs exchange music and above all connect to internet by clicking the option and then giving details thats what your service provider has given you.that will definately solve your problem.
