Send free text from computer to cell phone for free....

Small merchant from Houston, Texas, using at&t wireless service. My work basically involves a lot of sales for which i need to maintain a customer database and also required to keep them updated against every promotion and offers to build greater business opportunities. I use a lot of text service, the cheapest and effective manner but that too is causing greater debt on my small business and i am really concerned about the rising rising cost. I am not really sure about it but I need information on sending text from computer to cell phone for free, it would be great if any one could help. on.
