How to get SKY TV HD without freeview card?

I am already a subscriber of sky TV HD. And I have sky talk and sky broadband too. When I had sky hd fitted I got a new box so have decided to move my old box upstairs the only thing is I cannot get many channels I phoned sky and they offered me a free view card for an extra £25 for 3 years is there a cheaper option to get channels than having to pay an extra £25 my TV has free view already installed. Any help would be great.
