How can solve email problem in blackberry 8310 ?

The problem you are facing comes due to lack of GPRS service. GPRS stands for general packet radio service and this service allows your device to access data. The first thing which you need to do is to performa software reset on your device. And if this software reset does not work then perform the hardware reset on your device. After performing both resets check the wireless antenna for the signal strength. The antenna must show the GPRS signal. If you can still make phone calls and access the Web, then your GSM service is still available. Try sending yourself an email and check whether it works or not? If it doesn’t, call your BlackBerry service provider. Sometimes, your service could be delayed due to a billing problem or due to downtime on the network.
