The problem you are facing comes due to lack of GPRS service. GPRS stands for general packet radio service and this service allows your device to access data. It is responsible for the internet connectivity on mobile phone. The first thing which you need to do is to perform a software reset on your device. And if this software reset do not work then perform the hardware reset on your device. After performing both resets check the wireless antenna for the signal strength. The antenna must show the GPRS signal. If you can still make phone calls and access the Web, then your GSM service is still available. Try sending yourself an email and check whether it works or not?
