Why is sony ericsson xperia x10 not charging?

I have Sony Ericson xperia x10 phone which I've for just over 1 month now but one day it ran out of battery. When I went to charge it, it wouldn't start charging. I tried to contact Vodafone and Sony Ericsson but no one seems to be giving me any sort of answer. I tried charging it by using USB and PC. Still nothing. The red light just flashes slowly but never does anything. I don't know what to do, is this a common problem with the Sony Ericson xperia x10 phone? What's the problem? I look forward to your reply. Please help.

With at most smart phones have 1-2 days of loading, Sony Ericsson has one of the best batteries forever, but even so we must learn to take advantage and especially optimum performance.

Sony Ericsson batteries are Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) for old and Lithium Polymer (Li-Polymer) for recent models like the Xperia, are very expensive compared to others, perform well and occupy less space, these batteries are a type of lithium battery in which the electrolyte is contained in a solid polymer gel coated to increase conductivity, classic lithium ion (Li-ion) with an electrolyte, flammable liquid. Sony Ericsson and it takes time and manufacturing lead batteries as their own materials, mineral crystal glass, rubber, etc. This has allowed greater battery performance.

The life of a Li-Ion battery is measured in cycles of full charge from 500-1000, 500-5000 approximately 1-3 years, 1-5 years or so for Li-polymer.

Li-Polymer batteries are lighter, smaller and may have other ways consistent with the design of a particular model phone, its capacity is 20% more than the Li-ion the same size.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is, today, the most powerful Android handset from the company. It is a larger version of the X10 Mini that we analyzed, and features 4-inch screen and 854 × 480 pixel resolution. Surely what most called the attention will be its 8.1 megapixel camera, in line with what Sony Ericsson usually offer.

The terminal has lights and shadows. For example, the camera is very good and the operating system incorporates the manufacturer's unique capabilities, such as Timescape. On the other hand, the screen response suffered some delays and the response is m wing and sometimes late

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini is a smaller version of the original XPERIA X10. Even so, preserves the style of his older brother and runs Android 1.6 with an interface optimized version of the UX. The SE Xperia X10 mini has a 2.55 inch touchscreen display and support for all OS-specific functions. The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini is categorized as Multimedia among all cellular phones Sony Ericsson.
