Sprint EVO Release Date?

SprintEVO was released on June 24th. It was initially priced at $200 but the latestprice is $49. It is the first handset to deliver 3D viewing capability andfunctionality without actually requiring any extra accessories or expensive 3Dglasses. This handset comes with a 4.3 inch 3D qHD screen with 960 x 540 resolutions.This handset is powered by Google’s latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

Theadvantage of the handset is the all new processor that has been replaced by thesingle-core 1GHz Snapdragon processor of the previous model. Now you can enjoy 1.2GHZ dual-core Snapdragonprocessor with a dedicated GPU chip. The RAM in the handset is 1GB and so inthe internal storage. The rear facing camera of the handset can now record 720p3D and 2D content. It can also record 3D stills on its dual 5MP camera. The frontfacing camera is 1.3 MP.

Theoverall performance of the handset is exceptional. The phone can handle justabout anything you can imagine other than 1080p Flash content. The battery lifeis good and has a noted improvement as compared to last year’s model. It cancomplete a day on charge and that also with heavy usage like web surfing, videoconferencing, 4G and WiFi on.
