Spy cell phone?

I am very curious to know if there is any software or programe that helps me to get same message or calls that another handset gets. I have to spy a cell phone of one of my friends and it would be done with your help. I think he is doing something wrong behind me and I want to know everything what he does daily. He has Motorola K1M with Verizon network plan and lives in Texas. If I need some software, please suggest me that where should I go for it? Can it be done with the help of internet or my handset?
