What are the various stages of mobile applications development?

There are about four stages.

The second stage is about choosing the software and technology-once the app is clear the the design and development team uses the technology that will help the desired app to run on android, blackberry, windows 7 phone, symbian, or ios.

The next stage tells about the prioritization and the assignation of role- it is necessary to assign the suitable role to the suitable person. Who will do what should be assigned to the experts in their respective fields. It is also very necessary to find out the risk in advance and solution for the same.

The fourth stage defines the actual development- the leaders ensure that the application is properly developed and is perfectly according to the client’s instruction and need. in this stage the coordination between the team mates is of high importance as this will make the work proper and develop the overall performance.
