Suggestions to buy a cheap and best Small Cell Phones?

Till yet I was using large and heavy cell phones but I don’t like them anymore, they are now out of fashion too. I am planning to have small cell phone but do not have much knowledge about cell phone so I prefer you all go suggest me with some best and good looking cell phone for me. I want my cell phone should have a nice camera and good music player for full entertainment. I also want to tell you all before you suggest any expensive cell phone that my budget doesn’t allow me to spend more than $ 100 on my cell phone.
