T-Mobile kicks Sidekick to retire

Just a couple of days ago, we heard of Microsoft MS Kin being dumped even before gadget-happy consumers could get to see it and now the Sidekick gets kicked to retire. Known as one of the first phones to be designed around text messaging and social media, the Sidekick will stop selling after the close of business today. Goodbye Sidekick, we'll miss you.
