Why a cell receives late text?

I am not getting that why my cell phone have been receiving text messages at a late time, earlier it worked fine but from last few weeks something went wrong I am using a Sanyo incognito from boost mobile and I have had it for a year. I receive a message sent at 4:00 at around 7:00 but it seems to do that at certain places only commonly at my house. So, help me out and tell what all I can do to sort it out?

An SMS message is an alphanumeric string of up to 140 characters or 160 characters of 7 bits, and whose package includes a number of parameters. In principle, used to send and receive normal text messages, but there are basic protocol extensions allow you to include other types of content, format messages or text messages chained to allow greater length (SMS format image Nokia, Ericsson IMY tones, EMS standard for formatting text and include images and sounds of small size).
In GSM there are several types of text messages: text messages "pure" configuration messages (containing the connection parameters for other services such as WAP or MMS), WAP Push messages, MMS message notifications ... In this article we will limit ourselves to specifying the GSM standard, since the transport of all types of SMS is performed in the same way.
In other mobile telephony standards (such as CDMA2000 or UMTS) the process of messages is done differently, but the operation is transparent

The solution to this problem comes mainly from home, other possible solutions would be through talks and represented parents in order to rescue the values, also the creation of organisms or species that are truly reliable filters about: for whom technology will? And more effective organizations to eradicate pornography and control of advertising and propaganda from certain extent also affected.

The research and development of this project will take place in the UELB "Yorac" during the period May 2008 and June 2008, focused mainly on the 7th high school students. In the 9th and the 1st and 2 nd cs cs.

For all of the plant is planning to talk all about the "Influence of cell phone use as a medium for mass use" during our investigation.

At first, SMS messages are defined in the GSM standard as a means for network operators to send information about the service to subscribers, but they could respond or send messages to other clients. These messages were called MT-SM (Short Message Mobile Terminated-that is, messages to the user terminal). However, the Nokia company developed a system to enable bidirectional communication via SMS, the messages sent by users became known as SM-MO (Mobile Originated, originating from the user's terminal).
You need to have clear differences between the two types of messages to understand the functioning of the system.
Text messages are processed by a SMSC or Short Message Center (Short Message Service Center) which is responsible for storage until they are sent and connect with other GSM network elements.
