I have just joined Boost on two days ago and I am unable to receive texts from services other than Boost. I could get them from Boost or even from the computer but that’s all. I have called tech support several times and they reset my phone and then send a trial text from a computer and it works, but still not getting text messages from other services. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Why I am not getting text messages from services other than Boost mobile or computer? Please help. Thanks.
