Best touch screen cricket cell phone?

Am from a place near Louisville,KY and am looking for a nice touch screen cricket cell phone as i really prefer this brand for its favourable plans. I am likely to spend around $300 on it but i would really like to make sure that its worth my spending on it. I need a android operating system, large touch screen with good response, and decent quality camera apart from capabilities for high speed browsing.Try to mention as much detail possible to ensure a better deal for me this time.
